چکیده

Currently, nanotechnology is considered a promising strategy to enhance drug solubility and other physicochemical properties. Albumin biopolymer that can be used in delivery systems due its biodegradability biocompatibility. The aim of this study was prepare characterize albumin nanoparticles with chlorambucil as controlled system. Different concentrations were incubated bovine serum (BSA) order using the desolvation method. As result, sizes ranging from 199.6 382.6 nm exhibiting high encapsulation efficiency obtained.
